OneRepublic Tickets

The band One Republic is one of a handful of success stories that started with the power of social media. Back in 2003, the group was discovered courtesy of the social media platform MySpace. From there, One Republic was discovered and signed to Sony BMG records. The group's initial success and the popularity of One Republic tickets in the early years led the group to switch after three years to Mosley Music Group.

A Social Discovery

One Republic formed in 2003 in Colorado Springs. Front-men Ryan Tedder and Zach Filkins helped form the band over a decade ago, and together with Eddie Fisher, Brent Kutzle, and Drew Brown comprise the entirety of the band in 2014. One Republic tickets were an unknown commodity at first as the group gained notoriety nationally not by playing in bars and clubs, but rather through a devoted following on MySpace.

    Immediate Success

The group's initial debut album was released in November 2007 and was entitled Dreaming Out Loud. The album was an immediate success with first week sales of 75,000 copies that propelled it to number 14 on the US Billboard charts. Despite a number of harsh critical reviews, One Republic tickets were a hot item among devoted followers and Rolling Stone placed the band on its "Artists to Watch" list.

    Second Album, National Tour

One Republic followed up its debut album with a second studio album, entitled Waking Up, released in 2009. Following the release of that second album the band hit the road for the Good Life Tour in 2010 and 2011, during which One Republic tickets became increasingly popular across the country as the group's notoriety spread. The group's first national tour took One Republic across the country in support of both its debut album as well as its sophomore effort on Waking Up.

    Going Native

Today the band's most recent album, Native, is bringing One Republic some of its greatest accolades and success since its debut album in 2007. Native debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200 and a number of the songs off the album have garnered international attention. No two songs have gained more attention than "Counting Stars" and "Something I Need." The former reaching number one in five countries around the globe and going platinum in several others, while the latter has gained platinum status in Australia and New Zealand.

The most recent tour for One Republic kicked off on 2 April 2013. Initially, the Native Tour was a co-headlining tour with Sara Bareilles, making One Republic tickets even hotter given the popularity and recent success of Bareilles. One Republic is still in the midst of this tour which is scheduled to wrap up with shows across Europe and the United Kingdom in March 2014.
